Bill-Prokopowich, GSCBill Prokopowich, President of PCPM Construction Management, has over 40 years of Project Management experience working with several of Canada’s leading Construction Companies managing high profile projects including the Centre for Forensic Sciences, the Lee-Chin Crystal, and Hibernia. His expertise encompasses all aspects of project management, from managing day-to-day project activities to Operations Manager.

Bill has successfully lead design-build projects in excess of $94 million and managed projects in the Civil, Commercial, Health Care, Industrial, Institutional and Residential sectors. He is well versed in all aspects of Project and Construction Management and his knowledge of Project and Construction Management is recognized throughout the industry.

Bill has been involved with projects ranging from correctional facilities, high-rise condominiums, off-shore drilling facilities, and the fabrication and assembly of off-shore rigs. He has managed the construction of commercial shopping centres, bridges on the Trans-Canada Highway and Olympic venues. He is well versed in concrete forming methods for high-rise and industrial facilities and has successfully completed municipal and waste water treatment plants.

In addition to being proficient in current Project Management software, Bill is a skilled scheduler, competent with Primavera P6 and MS Project. He is experienced at tracking project progress and working out alternate means to bring projects back on schedule.
